I first started getting into cupcakes when my Auntie Bub made cat and dog cupcakes for my cousins "It's raining cats and dogs" party. I got inspired because I thought someday I could make my own cupcakes in my very own cupcake shop. I want them to be a little different, I mean, who says you only have to choose between chocolate and vanilla cupcakes? I say, if they can add bacon to a maple bar donut, I can certainly use my imagination and get away from the "boxed" stuff! So, here I am making cute and delicious rainbow cupcakes and delicious pb& j ones too. It's easy to make your own batter... find a good recipe, tweak it if needed and follow what your stomach wants! Just remember, cupcakes should make you smile... if you're not smiling... better eat a brownie!
